• fix input method not being set at the start of a stage
  • all my input tests were being made by setting the values in the middle of a stage, so I was not aware that setting input method *in the main menu* was not doing anything
• fix scroll events getting consumed by blur effect
• fix scroll events not getting consumed by controls menu
• improved keyboard assist
• improved camera behaviour when rewinding
• vehicle wheel alpha crossfade when it`s spinning fast enough
